We support children, young people and families where situations actually arise: at school, in the family, during leisure activities and in groups. We work on agreed objectives in specific everyday situations.
Then a single idea is often not enough. Together with those involved, we sort out where support should begin and bring the right professionals together.
Our work takes place in lessons, on journeys, at home, in our rooms or in a group. The situations we address depend on the agreed assignment and the young person’s everyday life.
In our autism specialist area, we do not work according to a fixed formula. We consider sensory input, communication, routines and transitions and make situations as predictable as possible before they escalate.

Support does not begin with a method, but with the question: What is making this situation difficult right now?
Children have the right to express their views and to have those views taken seriously.
A problem is a message. It is information that something about the current situation does not fit.
In decisions concerning children, their best interests are a primary consideration.
Independence grows where help provides as much guidance as necessary and leaves as much room for the child’s own actions as possible.
Children with disabilities have the right to a fulfilling life, participation and the greatest possible independence.
A plan is only good if it also works on a difficult Tuesday.
Education should develop every child’s personality, abilities and talents as fully as possible.
Our support rooms in Feurigstraße are equipped for movement, creative activities, cooking, conversations and retreat. The garden in Steglitz adds nature-based activities to our work.
